School Policies

RealEstateHours.Com offers top quality ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Official) classes that are interesting and easily understood. Continuing education classes are written and presented in a manner that gives students cutting edge information as well as meeting regulatory license renewal requirements.

RealEstateHours.Com will not base course fees, entrance standards or standards for successful completion of a course on a student’s race, color, sex, religion, national origin, familial status or disability.

Admission

Students will enroll through the automated computer program in accordance with directions included on-line.

There are no special requirements for eligibility to enroll in any continuing education classes.

Cause for Dismissal:

Students have a limited time to complete the course(s). If the time lapses and the student have not completed the course, the student will no longer have access to his or her records for that course.

Conditions for Re-Admission:

A student may re-activate a course with full payment of the current fee for the course. Hardship cases will be handled on a case by case basis

Attendance Requirements:

All our courses are independent study programs; no classroom attendance is required. Some states have a minimum time requirement. The course tutorial determines if this applies in your state. Attendance is monitored on-line.

Students have 12 months from date of registration, to complete any course.

Hardship Absentees:

Students who request hardship due to illness or other emergencies, will be considered by the Administrator, for extension of their completion date.

Grading System:

Students must meet course criteria minimum requirements. Each course of study is divided into sections. At the end of each section the student will be quizzed. A minimum acceptable grade on each test is included in the course information provided on the CD or Online Download. Students are unable to proceed to the next section until the minimum grade is obtained. The software is programmed to record all activity.

Course Requirements:

Students are required to successfully complete the entire course in order to receive credit for that course. Students must adhere to minimum time requirements if required. Specific instructions are included within each course.

Course Completion Deadlines:

Students must, without exception, complete all requirements of the course work and the school must receive that information along with the required forms (Statement of compliance and Evaluation) prior to the student receiving a certificate of completion for the course.

Student Records:

RealEstateHours.Com shall maintain, for a minimum of five years, our student's records containing the following information: the student's name, address, date of enrollment and registration, courses, clock hours completed and examination results. Student records are available to the student upon written request. A fee for mailing may apply.

Equipment/Supplies:

All course materials are provided as part of the tuition unless otherwise specified. Some classes require the use of a calculator, which students must provide.

Dated Supplement:

All materials are up-dated on-line daily as needed to be current information.

Refund Policy:

A full refund of tuition that has been received by the school, will be reimbursed to any student upon request provided the course or courses have not been completed and credit has not been received by the student. No refund will be granted for completed courses. The request must be in writing within 10 days of the student’s registration date. No refunds will be granted after the above period unless student is granted a special exception by RealEstateHours.com for an emergency situation. Reimbursements for courses after the 10 day guaranteed refund period, are at the sole discretion of the school.

Upon receipt of a written request for a refund within the 10-day period, described above, the school agrees to grant student's request for a refund. If the request is made after the 10-day period,the refund will be an amount equal to one half the of the registration fee per course not completed. There will be no refund on any courses after 30 days from date of student’s registration.

All reimbursements will be mailed to the students at their address used for registration within 30 days of request for reimbursement.
