Follow all login instructions carefully. Check to insure you are inputting the correct username and password. Remember these fields are Case Sensitive. Be sure you are using our school ID number S1646. Students should review the User Guide for the Course and follow all instructions carefully.
Students may contact the Instructor via Email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at:

An instructor is available by phone during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific Time. Messages will be returned as soon as possible. Students may call for tech support if experiencing any of the following issues:
- Program failing to install from CD ROM
- Program generating error messages when opened
- Program generating error message while running
- Student data recovery assistance
- Program display issues
